The Brozyna’s Wedding—Your Sneak Peak into Springton Manor Farm

You may have seen photos of couples with farm animals, heard about bridal parties zooming around on a golf cart or dreamed of your signature cocktail, but until you experience a Springton Manor Farm wedding for yourself, it is hard to imagine the amount of joy and beauty that fills this 300-acre property. And although we can’t send you a wedding invitation, we can share Lauren Wiest and Garry Brozyna’s special day with you.

Historic charm and incredible views and exceptional service are some of the things couples love about this Philadelphia venue dating back to the 1800s. But as the Bronzynas’ 140 guests learned, there is also something magical about the space—something that they found at the wedding on August 20th. It is a complete experience, and one that we want to share with you.

The Bronzynas’ Unforgettable Wedding in Philadelphia

Magic Starts in a Stunning Ceremony Space

At 5:00pm, guests gathered at the Tree Grove for a touching ceremony among lush greens and looming trees. We can’t imagine a better introduction to the Bronzynas’ garden party theme and demonstration of their true love. And because this Philadelphia ceremony location is right on-site, guests could carry their excitement straight into the cocktail hour.

An Impressive Outdoor Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, guests wandered over to The Manor House’s porch and front yard for an hour of socializing over the finest drinks and small bites. Just like every aspect of the Bronzyna’s wedding, the appetizers were hand-crafted with locally sourced ingredients and plenty of love. Between chats under tiki torches and lawn games on the lush front yard, guests enjoyed the most delicious appetizers catered by our partner J. Scott Catering.

In addition to the mac n’ cheese station, where guests got to choose among bacon, roasted broccoli and sautéed wild mushrooms to top tender shell macaroni with creamy cheese sauce, professional staff butlered these passed hors d’oeuvres:

  • Duck leg crostini: With summer peach chutney
  • Mini BBQ pulled pork sliders: With Carolina slaw
  • Crab and mango salad: In crisp apple cup
  • Farmhouse tomato skewers: Tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, First Press olive oil and arugula puree
  • Shrimp skewers: Char grilled with olive oil and garlic
  • Seared tuna: On watermelon round with micro arugula

An Exceptional Outdoor Wedding Reception Space

The 5,000 sq. ft. outdoor tented structure connected to The Manor House is a unique feature that lets guests continue to experience the magic of the outdoors while enjoying all the comforts of a sheltered space. After introductions of the couple’s parents and bridal party on the ramp in front of the historic Manor House, Lauren and Garry took to the dance floor for their first dance. With such traditions and blessings complete, they were ready to start a phenomenal dinner service inside the immaculate tent.

Delicious Food and Flawless Dinner Service

At guests’ tables, they found Le Bus dinner rolls with whipped butter as well as s’mores wedding favors. Ivory spun napkins, white rim china and Chelsea beaded flatwear added to the elegant table settings, to which servers brought out guests’ first course—a baby arugula salad with strawberries, almond crusted Shellbark Hollow goat cheese, roasted shallot and champagne strawberry vinaigrette.

After speeches, toasts and wine service, guests were treated to these entrees:

  • Braised espresso rubbed short rib: With red wine gastrique
  • Red grouper: With papaya mango relish and light jerk seasoning
  • Seasonal vegetable risotto: Grilled leeks, porcini broth and toasted brioche

Add in the sides of fresh summer beans and Yukon Gold potato planks as well as expansive kids’ menus and everyone enjoyed a full plate of food they loved.

Special Touches to a Fun Evening

After parent dances, guests took to the dance floor, where Band City Rhythm

played. And let us tell you, the good times never stopped. At 8:25 pm, the gorgeous cake by Master’s Bakery was cut and displayed next to the sweetheart table. But guests also found s’mores and an ice cream truck to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Bride and Groom Cutting Cake

With fire pits going strong, many guests visited the coffee station, where they found their choice of hot beverages and all the fixings served from elegant silver samovars. What better way to relax than by a live fire with a sweet treat and coffee or tea? Well, some guests would argue with a BROZberry Lemonade—the Bronzynas’ signature wedding drink. Made with lemonade, blueberry vodka, club soda, blueberries, mint leaf and a lemon slice and served in mason jars with blue paper straws, this drink definitely made the bars popular places.
