Catering
Queen of Hearts creates unique menus for every event, specifically preparing dishes according to your preferences and tastes. The chefs infuse your event’s theme and personality into each bite, and they always deliver something exciting and delicious. Outside catering is not permitted.
Florists
Floral and greenery can truly help bring a wedding day vision to life, but you need the right florist to listen to what your vision is first and provide suggestions for how to manifest it. Our floral partners have years of experience cultivating magical bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces—even floral chandeliers that add to the ambiance of the farm.
DJs
You’ve probably pictured your wedding day for years; when it comes to the reception, what do you see? Probably people out of their seats and hitting the dance floor, right? Well, our DJs get guests out of those seats and having a good time, also acting as your MC for the night, making sure every little detail goes as you’ve imagined it. DJ must be selected from this list.
Photographers
Your photographer is the individual responsible for capturing every beautiful moment and each intricate detail that will allow you to relive your wedding day for years to come. You want someone who you’re comfortable with—someone you can trust with this momentous occasion! Our trusted photography partners have years of experience and will help you capture your big day flawlessly.
Photo Booths
Want guests to have a good time? Break out the photo booth! Adding this unique entertainment feature allows guests to reconnect, have a good time and commemorate your wedding day with a photo keepsake they’ll cherish for years to come. Make a guest book out of it and you’re going to have some beautiful and laugh-worthy memories, too!

For a wedding that will be talked about for years to come, you want people to have a good time. One key part of having a good time? The music! Hiring the right wedding band and entertainment is key to a memorable and fun wedding celebration. Our wedding band partners have years of experience rocking the stage and delighting guests with every set. They also understand the intricacies of playing weddings, which is so important! When it comes to personalizing your ceremony, one way to do so is with your ceremony music! More and more couples are opting to have videographers capture their wedding day at Springton Manor Farm. From the first look to the first dance, the vows to the grand exit, the speeches to the dance floor, the videographer will capture each and every major highlight of your big day so your most joyful moments won’t just be a memory.

Wedding Pet Attendants
Pets are a part of the family, so naturally you want them to be a part of your big day! Whether they’re walking down the aisle as an honorary ring bearer or flower pup or you simply want to take photos with them after the ceremony as newlyweds, a wedding pet attendant will allow you to do all this without the stress of what to do when your dog’s role is done for the day. They take care of your pup and all the details!

Your guests need somewhere to rest their heads after dancing the night away with the happy couple, right? Each of our Hilton and Marriott hotel partners are located within easy driving distance to Springton Manor Farm and have hosted hundreds of wedding room blocks for us before, making everyone feel right at home!
Transportation
Whether you’re hosting your ceremony off-site, need a way to get your guests from your hotel block properties to Springton Manor Farm or want a “Just Married” getaway car for you and your fiancé, our transportation partners are ready to help. They offer comfortable options and seamless logistical planning to make sure everyone is where they need to be—on time!

While we all want to think about the joyful parts of our wedding day, hosting a wedding is a big investment, and you want to be financially prepared. Do you have advice for my rehearsal dinner?
The Brickside Grille is a great place to hold your rehearsal dinner. Their private dining space offers something for everyone—from multiple specialized dinner packages, convenience and multiple hotels to easy access to the Pennsylvania turnpike. Located in the popular Eagleview Town Center with a great view of the park, their outdoor atmosphere is very unique. The event coordinators at The Brickside Grille will work with you to make your special day one to remember.

Can I use other vendors not listed here?
Sometimes yes, but not always. We do have a preferred caterer that you’re required to use: Queen of Hearts. Their food is absolutely incredible, and they know the venue like the back of their hand, so you’re in for a treat! In addition to catering, bands and DJs must be from our list, but we have options that fit every style and personality so you won’t have an issue finding your perfect fit! If you do bring in a vendor that is not on our preferred list in the other categories, we do require them to have liability insurance.

Our vendor list has been carefully curated with vendors that were handpicked by our team after years of positive experiences and seamless weddings. Each and every vendor on our list is trustworthy, talented and very familiar with the venue, which makes for a flawless, stress-free wedding day.

Yes, you will need wedding insurance. We want each and every one of our couples to have a stress-free wedding planning process and wedding day, and part of that is making sure your investment in this major celebration is protected!
