THE SPACES

The Manor House

Renovated and decorated faithful to the farm’s historic background, The Manor House easily balances its classic design with modern amenities ideal for contemporary events. Connected to the house via walkway is a large, tented structure that allows guests to host larger receptions in the lovely fresh air. The home’s exterior features peaked dormers and an elegant wrap-around veranda. The interior is equally stunning, with carved molding and bronze sconces, an enclosed porch with magnificent quarry tile floors and an unparalleled view of the land.

The Grounds

Fenced fields, stone walls and patchwork of pastoral vistas create a one-of-a-kind environment, showcasing the manor’s history as a colonial plantation, Industrial Era scientific farm, Victorian tenant farm and gentlemen’s country estate. As guests drive up the beech and oak tree-lined drive, they can catch glimpses of Scottish Highlanders, Belted Galloway cattle, sheep and goats lazily grazing the expansive pastures outside the enchanting restored barn. Once they’ve arrived, guests can also stroll through the estate's many gardens and meadows.

The Linden Tree

This gorgeous ceremony spot offers a unique setting to tie the knot. Guests watch as they wrap around the estate’s iconic foliage while you and your significant other exchange vows under the shade and charm of the Linden tree’s extensive branches.

The impressive grounds at The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm serve as the perfect location to host weddings and events during any season. The scenic, serene farmland offers an incredible environment on which the gorgeous Manor House and event tent sit.

Hosting at Springton Manor Farm

Along with preserving the historic nature of the house and the condition of the farm, your comfort, happiness and excitement at Springton Manor Farm is our priority.

As a host at Springton Manor Farm, you will receive:

Sole private use of the manor house property—we only host one event per day
Access to every part of the property for gorgeous, rustic photo settings
An extensive rain plan in the event of inclement weather

Rain Plan

In the event of inclement weather, Springton Manor Farm personnel take the responsibility (at no additional cost!) of putting up additional tenting structures so that you can enjoy a “rain-free” day. The tent covers the gardens to give you the outdoor wedding ceremony you’ve always wanted in a nice, dry and still very beautiful location. We also open up the house as a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres welcome reception area. The large tent remains the location for your reception, as it is the perfect cover in the event of rain.

We had our wedding at Springton on June 29th. It was perfect. Queen of Hearts catering and all of the staff were extremely professional and took care of us so well. They were there for us throughout the entire planning process and were extremely professional. The day of the wedding was flawless. Our guests loved the food, staff, and bartenders! The venue itself was beautiful and we received SO many compliments. Between the sunset, animals, tent, and just gorgeous backdrop, we couldn't have been happier. It truly was a magical night. I highly recommend this venue and catering company to anyone.
